Gerda Leimer

Gerda Leimer started working with the firm more than 20 years ago.

During her years as associate, she both worked in audit projects for large and medium sized clients in various industries and in direct tax consulting for corporates. Due to the strong focus on special counselling in her team, she was also regularly involved in M&A and Due Diligence projects. 

After successfully passing her exams as certified tax consultant, she became an authorized signatory of our company.

The training as a certified tax consultant is a very intense and broad training, which gives a strong fundament for tax consulting, financial accounting, all finance related business consulting and related legal matters.

Due to her project management and analytical skills, she developed her focus on financial planning, Due Diligence work and various transaction related issues.

In order to expand her training in the field of transaction consulting she became a Restructuring expert. This training is an education that covers tax, legal and accounting issues related to reorganisations/restructuring, which typically go along with most transactions.

Her multidisciplinary background gives her a broad view on interlinked issues that typically arise during a transaction process.

Gerda has a long-standing experience in supporting corporate transactions, in particular in carrying out financial and tax Due Diligence on both buyer and vendor side and in SPA consulting.

She supported transactions in various industries such as real estate, healthcare, infrastructure, and IT services.

Gerda holds a Master’s degree in business administration from University of Vienna and is a Certified Tax Consultant as well as a Restructuring Expert.
